Position: Branch Manager

Department: Lüderitz Branch

Purpose of Role:

Accountable and responsible for the performance and routine running of the branch as per set objectives in the Balanced Scorecard. Provide management and leadership capability to the branch by optimising resources and effectively managing risks to achieve the Bank’s objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

Degree in a commercial, business, or technological field.

Experience:

· 5 years’ work experience in banking of which 2 years should be on a managerial level.
· Adequate knowledge of banks’ products and services, credit principles, and sales and administration.
· Excellent budgeting and planning skills.
