Position : Branch Administrator

Purpose of the Position
To provide support to the branch staffs and manager by performing clerical and administrative
tasks as well as supervising and coordinating other support functions for the branch to
function efficiently.

Key Performance Areas
• Front Office, including Reception Duties
• General Office Administration (i.e. enquiries, secretarial services, database
management and archiving)
• Travel Arrangements and Procurement
• Events Organizing and Co-ordination
• Meeting Minute taking and Planning
• Typing of Letters and related correspondences
• Administrative support to Branch Staff
Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience Requirements
• Diploma in Secretarial, Office Management or Administration.
• 3 years’ work experience after qualifying, with at least 1 year in clerical or
secretarial roles.
• Computer literacy (MS Word,Excel,Outlook), Energetic and presentable.
