VACANT POSITION: Bookkeeper – Plastilon Swakopmund
CLOSING DATE TO 31 DECEMBER ’25.

A well-established company in the Wholesale /Retail Packaging Industry is seeking to appoint a BOOKKEEPER in Swakopmund.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

High attention to detail and accuracy. Able to work under pressure. Excellent verbal and communication skills. Responsible and reliable. Full Debtors and Creditors accounting function. Administer cash-ups and banking. Cashbook postings and reconciliations. Balance clearing accounts and General ledger. Administer Petty-Cash / Floats – allocations and reconciliations.

Job Description:

• Salary preparations

• VAT Reconciliations / ITAS Monthly returns

• General administrative work / other duties required by management

• Feedback to management

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma at tertiary institute

• Computer literate

• Basic Windows Application (Excel / Word)

• Pastel Evolution

• Minimum Bookkeeping experience – 5 Years
