•The Bookkeeper position is responsible for processing of payments, contribution forms on the system, printing proof of payments, mailing receipts and handling customer queries according to the Social Security Act, Act 34 of 1994, Employees Compensation Act, Act 30 of 1941 and Financial Policies of the Social Security Commission.

•Accounts Receivable (Direct Deposits)
•Creating Invoices (Processing Form 10s)
•Administration Functions
•Daily Cash Up
•Correspondence and filing
•Customer Care (external and internal)

•A National Diploma/ Advanced Certificate in Business Administration or Accounting
•5 years relevant experience
•Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures
•Knowledge of the two SSC Fund (MSD and ECF)
