BASE MANAGER – Seventy Seven Consulting

JOB SCOPE
The Base Manager is responsible for the overall Logistics Base Operation (including but not limited to Quay operation, refueling station, Yard, warehouse, transportation, vessel planning, lifting and HSE matter) by being the client sole point of contact on-site. This role is the technical, health, safety and environmental authority on the base.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Shall have at least 15 years of experience In a management/leadership role on a supermajor or IOC drilling campaign directly overseeing Material Management, HSE, Operations, Personnel, Procurement, Logistics, Vessel Schedules, Reporting, Financial Management and Budgets
• Shall hold a Degree in Logistics Management or Engineering (mechanical or marine)
• International management and integration capability: or proven experience as a Business or Advisory Consultant for an international business or proven experience in a Leadership role of a large organization such as an IOC or a defense force
• Highly competent In terms of HSSE (IOSH management)
• Extensive knowledge of lifting operations (OPITO/LEEA)
