Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 Certificate, plus two (2) years relevant experience. Preference will be given to applicants with a Certificate in Land Administration. Valid Driver’s License Code B.
Skills and knowledge requirements: Must have good communication, administrative and planning skills. Computer Literate. Experience in a Local Authority environment. It is an added advantage to understand the local economic environment and the local vernacular.

Key performance areas:

Leases, Management, Supervision and inspection of Townlands, controls fixed assets. Wild and stray animal control, deforestation control, Prepare and distribute monthly accounts.
