Requirements
Education & Experience
⦁ Grade 12 (NQF 4)
⦁ 3 Years’ Management experience in retail
industry.
⦁ 4 Years’ of procurement and stock control
experience.
Literacy
⦁ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
⦁ Efficiently utilizes knowledge of computer
operating systems and programs.
⦁ Efficiently utilizes knowledge of stock systems and programs.
⦁ Efficiently utilizes knowledge of GP, waste, and stock loss calculations.
⦁ Basic knowledge of HR with further assistance available from HR representative.
⦁ Numeric Literacy: Performs more advanced calculations and is proficient in accounting principles and able to understand and interpret figures.
Position Overview
Assist with staff management within area of responsibility concerning company policies. Arranging and shift schedules and ensure staff adheres accordingly and co-ordinating leave schedules and attend to other leave absences. Customer order distribution, display pricing and product identification, ensuring customer satisfaction with regards to choice and daily availability.
