The Road Fund Administration (RFA) invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced Namibians for the following position:

Primary Purpose of the Job

To assist the Human Capital Practitioner: Recruitment and Remuneration with the operational Human Resources Service provision with a specific emphasis on recruitment and remuneration. Support the implementation and maintenance of operationally effective administration processes. Support recruitment and selection and provide general personnel records and information/advisory support services.
