- Purpose
Is to assist the Housing & Resettlement Officer in the administration of his/her duties.

- Municipal housing
- Resettlement schemes
- Management of decentralise Build-together Programme
- Manage municipal land
- General
- Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma NQF Level 6 in Land/Property Management plus 2 years relevant experience.
- Required skills:
- Sound human relations
- Good Communication skills
- Valid code BE driver’s license
