Assistant Bursar

St Paul s College is looking to employ a suitable candidate to join the Bursar s Office Team and assist the Bursar in a range of duties Successful applicants will be fluent in English with good communication skills; able to work accurately under pressure with the following skills/experience

• 5-10 years’ experience in bookkeeping and financial management including a combination of:
• using Sage Pastel, including bank reconciliation
• Payroll processing and Sage VIP
• Front line debtor management
• Effective and accurate document control data entry, general bookkeeping, processing and recording transactions
• Good IT skills
• Junior Management/Supervisory experience required

Preferred candidates will have a qualification in financial management, bookkeeping and/or payroll management

The appointment will be for one year with the opportunity to extend
