above-mentioned position at Namib Mills (Pty) Ltd, Windhoek.

      PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To assist the Artisan with Boilermaker functions and the handling and cleaning of tools.

KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Artisan with daily duties

• Handing of correct tools and spares to the Artisan as and when.
• Good workmanship required.

Safe working habits, clean machinery and tools

• Responsible for the cleanliness of machinery, tools and work area prior and post to jobs being done.
• Timeous reporting of any defects to the Artisan.
• Adherence to Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures
• Carry out adhoc tasks given by the Artisan / Supervisor.

Opportunity | Duty Requirement(s)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE 

• Grade 12 with 1-year relevant experience

OR

• Grade 10 with 2 – 3 years relevant experience

OTHER

• Proficiency in English
• Namibian citizen
