The Council offers the following benefit for the position:
Salary Scale: N$ 190 210.16- N$ 195 916.44
Housing allowance: 20% of monthly salary
Housing Subsidy: 40 % of monthly salary, payable only upon submission of bond registration certificate
Transport allowance: N$ 7 704.00 per annum
13th Cheque: 13th Cheque
Medical Aid: 85% Council Contributions
Pension: 21.7% Council Contributions

The successful candidate shall be responsible for:
To provide to provide the Town Council with a professional financial accounting service with regard to taxation, expenditures, budgeting .procurement and store while ensuring full compliance with all relevant statutory obligation.

Minimum requirements:
Minimum education qualification; Diploma in Accounting and Finance
Two (2) years working experience in Financial Management
Munsoft experience will be added as an advantage
Sound of knowledge of VAT Act, Income Tax Act. Procurement Act & Local Authority Act
Communication skills, Organization, planning skills & Ability to work independently
Analytic skills computer literacy. Time management
Sound of customer orientation. Fluent in English
Must be a Namibian citizen
Must have a driver License code B
