Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, test, service and maintain electrical equipment at various spaces.
- Carry out electrical testing using the megger, AVO meter tester, voltage and ohmmeter, current and dustproof tester.
- Troubleshoot, fault find, test and repair short circuits.
- Install doors and frames (steel and wood), locks, hinges, mirrors, toilet paper holders, towel rails, skirting and pelmets.
- Complete construction of roof, roof trusses, rafters, purlins and roof sheets.
- Repair and replace ceilings, window panes/frames, tiles, carpets, seal roofs and doors.
- Identify and recommend the material to be ordered by the supervisor.
- Take care of and store materials.
- Keep record of all incidents and report to the supervisor/management.
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship OR a Trade Diploma issued in terms of existing legislation.
Salary
N$167,481 – N$200,878 per annum
Transport Allowance: N$10,512 per annum
Housing Allowance: N$13,944 per annum
