Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to alarm activations.
- Maintain communication with the Control Room while travelling and on scene.
- Assess and secure the scene and perimeter.
- Investigate alarm activations and identify potential security threats.
- Coordinate with on-site personnel and response units.
- Document and report all incidents and actions taken.
Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Age 25 years and above.
- Valid Namibian Driver’s Licence – any valid code.
- Valid code of conduct.
- Valid security training/certification relevant to armed response duties.
- Previous armed response or security experience will be an advantage.
- Must be physically fit, alert, reliable and able to work under pressure.
- Good communication and observation skills.
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively to alarm activations and security incidents.
- Must be willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
- Must be able to operate and maintain company response equipment and vehicles responsibly.
- Must be prepared to comply with all company policies, Armed Response SOPs, safety procedures and reporting requirements.
- Must demonstrate professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
