PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To lead an area sales team to exceed the Rate of Sales drivers and performance targets in both retail and distributor outlets. To proactively negotiate, coordinate, plan and implement sales area brand activities according to the Nambrew Sales Agenda within a defined Sales Area and channel; in order to optimally serve our customers.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Degree/Diploma in Sales/Marketing with 6 years’ experience in FMCG Sales, of which at least 3 years should have been on Supervisory Level.
- Manage and identify new opportunities for the profitable growth of NBL Area Sales.
- Manage Assets

- Manage the achievement of planned coverage and call frequency in Area
