AREA SALES MANAGER X 2 – WALVIS BAY & OTJIWARONGO

Coca-Cola Namibia Bottling Company require the services of two Area Sales Managers. reporting to the Realona! Soles Manager. The Area Sales Managers, will be responsible for overseeing the sales operation In a particular geographical area and further. deliver volume and revenue growth by effectively managing the Sates 8 Marketing team, implementation of business plans and delivering Customer Service Excellence.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Achieve performance targets in Sales

• Maintain Market standards

• Formulate & execute customer business reviews / plans

• Execute business strategies

• Maintain customer information

•Conduct surveys

• Resolve customer complaints

• Execute promotion activities

• Compile reports

• Manage people and company assets

• Manage budgets.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Sales and Marketing degree or Ideal qualification

• Minimum five (5) years relevant experience in the Fast-Moving-Consumer-Good Business

• Ability to work constructively within a team

• ability to generate innovative solutions in work situations

• Excellent planning, organizing. communication, presentation & judgment skills

• Innovative

• Self-starter.
