The position require the incumbent to provide high level academic, innovative and result driven service regarding the administration and management of all UNAM archives, evaluating and implementing an effective quality assurance and sound record life-cycle management to all UNAM records, initiating customers and stakeholders focused training, research projects and community engagement strategies, devising and implementing resource mobilization to generate then 3rd stream income and marketing of the department, its functions and services in line with the library strategic goals.

Requirements

A Master’s degree in Archives and Records Management or related field plus a minimum of three (3) years in the area of Archives and Records Management/Special Collections or related field, relevant specialized training on archives management and administration, research projects and publications in the field, leadership skills and digital fluency. Candidates with a good track record on strategic projects regarding e-governance digital resource management, electronic document records management systems, resource mobilization skills have an added advantage.
