The ideal candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:
- Confident in design and strong technical documentation skills and detailing
- Good construction project management and supervision
- Willing to travel to various construction sites across the country
- Registered as an Architect with NCAQS.
- Minimum 12 Years work Experience.
- Project management qualification (PMP or Prince 2).
- Proficient in Archicad.
- Proficient in Artlantis and Lumion rendering software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages.
- Proficient in Photoshop. InDesign and Corel draw
- Preference will be given to Namibians as well as Namibia Permanent Residence Holders.
