The trainees are exposed to on-the-job learning, in line with their specific trades and levels, to support them complete their trade specialization. The duration of the programme ranges from 6 to 12 months as prescribed by each student’s Training Institution. Participants will receive a monthly allowance for the duration of the programme.

Requirements
- A supporting letter from your training institution verifying your trade, year of study, and attachment eligibility (Level 3 only).
- An academic transcript confirming the successful completion of modules.
- Proof of graduation (within the last 24 months) is required for unemployed applicants.
- Applicants must specify their preferred duty station (Port of Walvis Bay or Port of Lüderitz) in their application.
