Analytics Manager – FNB Namibia Retail Operations

Analytics Manager C | FNB Namibia Retail Operations

Purpose:

To implement the Analytics standards in allocated business units that contribute to the monetization of data through the development and delivery of advanced mathematical models and business principles that find hidden patterns and associations in data used to influence business strategy, inform channel design and make predictions on the behavior of clients.

Key Educational Qualifications & Experience Required:

Qualification: B Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Econometrics, Physics or Actuarial Science

Experience: 5 years’ experience in a Data & Analytics environment of which at least 2 years ideally at junior entry level management Preferably 5 years’ experience with SAS, R, SQL or Python as well as statistics, regressive and predictive modelling, technical quantitative skills and data manipulation.

Experience within financial services will be ideal.

Knowledge Required: Knowledge in SAS, R, SQL or Python as well as statistics, regressive and predictive modelling, technical quant skills and data manipulation.
