With this ex­citing focus on producing horticultur­al produce for Namibian market and beyond; there are two vacant posi­tions for an energetic and dynamic person; who has a proven track re­cord in agronomy.

The Position – Agronomist:

• The Agronomist will be responsible for preparing strategic direction for continuous improvement of the business in the production and cultivation of a variety of cash and main crops.
• He/ She will enhance the training and de­velopment of current trainees, grad­uates and semi-skilled employees.

Job Requirements:

• A degree/diploma in Agricultural Science
• More than five years of relevant experience
• Comprehensive understanding of all areas in crops, animals, horticul­ture and human resources manage­ment.
• Possess strong communica­tion, problem-solving, analytical skills and prioritizing skills.
