You must be a fluent, native-level speaker of Afrikaans with clear pronunciation and natural conversational rhythm. While formal education or certifications are not typically required, employers verify fluency through voice screening and may prefer candidates with experience in customer service, broadcasting, or data collection roles in Namibia.

You’ll record scripted or semi-structured voice dialogues—such as simulated customer service calls or everyday conversations—in a quiet home or studio environment. Recordings are done remotely using provided guidelines, and you’ll submit audio files via secure platforms; sessions usually last 1–3 hours per day, with flexibility aligned with Namibian time zones and internet reliability.

Employers expect professionalism, punctuality in submissions, and adherence to deadlines—values strongly upheld in Namibian workplaces—even though the role is remote and project-based. Respect for hierarchy and clear communication is appreciated, and contributors are expected to self-manage equipment, internet access, and recording quality without onsite supervision.
