Key functions and responsibilities:
•Admission of Patients
•Receiving payments and issuing receipts
•Handling pre-bookings
•Billing
•Answering telephones
•Resolving patient queries
Minimum Requirements:
•Grade 12
•Computer skills are essentials
•Able to communicate in English, Portuguese, Afrikaans and Oshiwambo
•Ability to work under pressure and independently
•Friendliness
•Neatness
Added advantage
•Knowledge of Trifour System
•Experience in hospital environment / medical industry
