Key functions and responsibilities:

– Admission of Patients
– Receiving payments and issuing receipts
– Handling pre-bookings
– Billing
– Answering telephones
– Resolving patient queries

Minimum Requirements:

– Grade 12
– Computer skills are essential
– Able to communicate in English, Portuguese, Afrikaans, and Oshiwambo
– Ability to work under pressure and independently
– Friendliness
– Neatness

Added Advantage:

– Knowledge of Trifour System
– Experience in a hospital environment / medical industry
