Primary Purpose of the Position :Provide administrative support to Legal Services Department.
Minimum Academic Qualification Degree in Record Management / Business Administration /Business Management.
Experience One (1) years of experience as an administrative officer.
Key Performance Area
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Legal Services
Department.
Receive and record all incoming correspondence and forward to Chief Legal Officer
for delegation.
Daily record keeping with electronic and hard copy filing of documents.
Maintain and update the database on all rulings/ interpretation notes/ judgements etc.
File all rulings/directives/letters in a traceable or retrievable manner.
Dispatch all rulings/ directives/letters to the applicants.
Dispatch all Legal Services documents to the intended recipients.
Application Procedure

• A cover letter, providing a detailed motivation for the position, signed by the applicant.
• An updated detailed curriculum vitae, including at least two professional references.
• Certified copies of the highest academic qualifications attained. Foreign qualifications must be evaluated by the Namibian
Qualification Authority (NQA) and proof of evaluation of qualification should be attached.
• Certified copies of Identity Documents and all other supporting documents.
• Residents in the respective towns/locations are encouraged to apply.
