Key Responsibilities
- Secretarial – responsible for all secretarial duties of the Production Manager.
- Human Resources – responsible for all HR related administrative duties of the Production Manager
- Calculate quantities produced, agree with actual production figures and reconcile any deviation that may occur
- Reconcile landing reports, production reports and warehouse reports
- Create production variance reports
- Assist Finance Department by coordinating activities and answering questions.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
- Present all reports for approval to the Production Manager
Requirements
- Grade 12, 1-2 years certificate in office administration or similar
- Must have 3-5 years relevant experience as an office administrator in a production department in the food processing industry
- Must have good understanding of production processes
- Must have good numeric and verbal abilities
- Must be able to work with people
- Must be able to take decisions and initiate action
- Must have a high attention to detail and must work accurately
- Must have good administration and time management
- Must be able to cope with pressure
- Must be computer literate on an advanced level (MS-office)
- Preferably Namibian Citizen
