ADMINISTRATOR – JOBS NAMIBIA

Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide frontline assistance to clients, perform general office administrative duties and assist Team Leaders in all official duties.

Key Performance Areas
Liaising with clients and brokers with regards to outstanding requirements on withdrawals, retirement, funeral claims as well as premium/ contribution schedules and payments.
Perform general office administration including client queries both via telephone and walk in clients
Manage the EB accounting processes (New entry forms, deposits, Arrear premiums)
Request medical requirements for clients above the Fund Credit Limit (FCL) and liaise with underwriters
Ensure that the first and subsequent recons run monthly
Ensure that new members are captured on the system
Installing new schemes on the system
Attend to other related ad-hoc tasks that may anse

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
Academic Experience
Grade 12 with 25IGCSE points or;
A Diploma in Business Administration of equivalent
2 years’ working experience in an administration or similar environment.
Behavioral & Technical Competencies
Strong mathematical and accounting capabilities
Computer literate, with a sharp focus on Microsoft office i.e. (Excel. Word and Outlook) with Excel at an intermediate skill level
Confidential, Accountable. Accurate and Attentive to detail
Excellent nterpersonal skills and portray a good self-image
Good oral and written communication skills
