Introduction
To provide administrative support in managing PETROFUND’s Front office, general administration services to the office of the Company Secretary, Risk Compliance and Legal Advisor and that of the stakeholder Engagement Specialist in the day to day tasks. The support includes making logistical arrangements to the Board of Trustees meetings, preparation and distribution of board packs, scholarship registrations and follow ups, marketing efforts, record keeping as well participating in any events that may be organized from time to time
Requirements
– Grade 12 and a bachelor Degree in Business Administration or in B. Juris
– 5 years of administrative experience in stakeholder engagements or in supporting office of the company secretary, risk compliance and legal advisor;
– General understanding of PETROFUND Services, Scholarship awarding policies and procedures;
– General policies and procedures;
– Board support services;
– Record keeping, office administration and MS Office package.
