Key Responsibilities
- Organizing of internal and external meetings and workshops.
- Minute taking of all meetings and workshops.
- Filling of documents and education material, and data capturing.
- Provision of administration support to the various departments (e.g., seeking quotes).
- Acting as a point of contact between the manager and clients.
- Screening and directing phone calls and distributing correspondence.
- Stakeholders liaison.
- Assist Financial Administrator with procurement.
- Liaising with and managing services providers.
- Other tasks as might be requested by the supervisor and / mentor.
- Platform Supporter contact management.
- Various task supporting the management as well the team (e.g. preparing presentations, stock taking etc.).
- Execute duties according to the latest version of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) of the FLI.
- Execute duties according to the Financial Policy and Procedure Guidelines Requirements and qualification.
- Keeping the MoU and the Policies and Procedure Guidelines adequately ensuring that these documents are fully implemented in the FLI.
Requirements
- A Diploma in Business Administration (at NQF level 7), Business Management, Office Administration, Commerce or any related/equivalent fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in Administration and Secretary work will serve as an advantage.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Code B driver’s license will be advantageous.
