WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Organize office administration functions effectively and via online filing, scanning invoices and ensuring all administrative records are up to date and easily accessible.
Coordinate transport of incoming shipments / deliveries and communicating with relevant parties.
Maintain stationery and office equipment.
Assist walk-in customers with the aim on adding value to their purchases through upselling.
Assist with sourcing relevant products to meet client budget / needs when required.
Place special orders with suppliers.
Maintain an attractive shop appearance.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A young and energetic self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good planning, organizing and administrative skills.
Good financial understanding.
Must be service oriented, with a high level of integrity.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have Grade 12.
MS Office package proficient.
Minimum 2 years administrative experience ideally in the Tile / Retail or Building industry.
Must be a fluent communicator in English.
