Administrative Assistant (Full Time)

SEENA Legal Consult (Pty) Ltd, Namibia’s Premier Labour Law Consultancy has an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant at our Otjiwarongo branch. SEENA Legal Consult offers its clients professional, round the dock legal support and advice in all labour matters.

No experience is required, however, all applicants must have:

• Matric certificate;
• Namibian citizenship;
• Must be fluent In Afrikaans and English;
• A sound working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.

The incumbent will be responsible for – but not limited to:

• Answering of telephones in a friendly courteous manner;
• Filing and typing;
• Diary planning: Book meetings for legal advisors, properly manage the diaries and confirmation of scheduled appointments;
• Correspondence with clients via e-mail or phone regarding queries;
• Maintain confidential records and files;
• Prepare registers and reports;
• Maintain office supplies and/or inventory;
• Provide administrative support to legal advisors;
• Review and edit contracts and policies as instructed.

Remuneration Package:

Basic Salary = N$ 8 500.00
