Purpose of the position
The main purpose of the position is to provide after sales service support to the Brokers and Financial Advisors.
Main duties and responsibilities
Capture, process and authorise policy amendments
Handling of intermediary enquiries and requests professionally and in a timely manner
Provide excellent after sales service to brokers and financial advisors
Any administrative support as requires by management
Effective administrating of workflow process and arrangements
Detection, reporting and follow-up on system and process-related matters
Process and finalise instructions and queries within service level agreement
Additional Requirement:
A further tertiary qualification will be an added advantage
Long term insurance industry and/or after-sales service will be an added advantage
Qualifications and Experience
Grade 12
A tertiary qualification in the relevant field will be an added advantage
2 to 3 years related experience
Experience in the long term insurance industry will be an added advantage
Knowledge and Skills
Excellent communication skills
