Job Purpose
To assist with the general administration in the finance department which includes but not limited to debtors and creditors management.

Key Performance Areas
• Verify correctness of documentation.
• Process supplier and customer invoices.
• Prepare, submit and follow-up payments.
• Check petty cash.
• Reconcile supplier statements and follow-up on customer statements.
• Resolve supplier and customer accounting queries.
• Maintain appropriate records.
