ADMINISTRATION OFFICER – Eudafano Women Marula Manufacturing (Pty) Ltd

VACANCY
Eudafano Women Marula Manufacturing is a factory owned by Eudafano Women’s Co­operative Ltd. its main activities are harvesting and collection of Marula Kernels and Kalahari Melon Seeds for oil extraction that is used as Cosmetics or Food Oil.
Eudafano Women Marula Manufacturing (Pty) Ltd is looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to take up the following position:
Position: Administration Officer

Required Qualifications and Experience:
⦁ Grade 12, at least a Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration or Business Administration or related fields.
⦁ Excellent communication skills, and fluent in English and Oshiwambo
⦁ Competent with various computer applications.
⦁ Excellent numeracy skills
⦁ Competent with various programs( Pastel, stock-count .accounting)
⦁ Minimum one year relevant work experience, or gained through internships internship at other institutions.
Knowledge and experience in the following areas will be an advantage:
Accounting, customer service, HR related understanding, stock taking and record keeping.

Main Responsibilities:
⦁ Attending to Visitors/customers.
⦁ Handling postage, courier, documents, samples, product etc.
⦁ Ordering and buying stationaries and other office requirements, receiving and checking deliveries against order and controlling stock Preparing monthly returns,
⦁ Keeping staff working days and leave records.
⦁ Keeping administrative files.
⦁ Preparing Invoices
⦁ Keeping production records, monitoring processing efficiency and quality
⦁ Managing and controlling stock of raw materials and processed products.
⦁ Handling local and international orders for the customers.
⦁ Regularly reporting to the Factory Manager.
