Job Responsibilities:
• Daily compiling and submission of debit orders;
• Daily updating of debit order collection and rejections on LSN system;
• Daily submission of hand premiums to respective banks;
• Daily status run and batch updating;
• Monthly invoice run;
• Daily bank reconciliation;
• Daily retrieval and analyzing of reports and data;
• Report any irregularities to management;
• Liaise with bank administrators on ad hoc basis;
• Any other administrative duties.
Candidate Profile:
• Excellent computer literacy (Excel);
• Administrative skills;
• Good analytic skills;
• Must be able to work under pressure;
• Must be meticulous, accurate and focused;
• Team player;
• Proficient in written and spoken English;
• Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule;
• Must know the difference between a debit and credit;

Qualifications & Experience:
• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent;
• Excellent computer literacy (Excel, Word and Power Point);
• A minimum requirement to be considered as a possible shortlisted candidate for the vacant position will be that the applicants must successfully pass the “Trustco Group Annual Integrated Reports Test” which will consist of multiple-choice questions from the annual reports of the group spanning a period of the past four (4) years.
