Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process stock.
- Maintain accurate stock records.
- Conduct stock counts and reconciliations.
- Issue stock to sites and departments.
- Maintain filing and documentation.
- Assist with reports and stock analysis.
- Assist employees with timesheets.
- Collect and submit leave applications.
- Assist employees with HR queries.
- Maintain employee records and HR files.
- Prepare and submit HR documents.
- Perform filing and general office administration.
- Assist with reports and correspondence.
- Liaise with the HR Officer on site HR matters.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- Relevant diploma or certificate will be an advantage (for Admin Clerk/Stock Control).
- HR or Administration qualification will be an advantage (for HR Assistant/Admin Clerk).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in stock control or stores administration.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel & Word).
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
