We’re looking to add a tech-savvy, vibrant Admin Assistant to our team!

Responsibilities include
* Supporting the Managing Director with their tasks
* General admin work
* Basic bookkeeping & accounts
* Interacting with potential & enrolled families
* Organising, managing and developing our four pillars (learning resources, schooling, community education & consulting)
Requirements: A successful candidate
* Is dedicated to making the world a better place
* Speaks and writes English better than most
* Can use a computer and common programs independently
* Is able to learn quickly and comprehensively on the job
* Has excellent decision-making & organisational skills
* Shows outstanding interpersonal skills and effective communication
* Proactively solves problems
Bonus points for:
* Experience in a relevant position
* Knowledge of Montessori
* Ability to speak German
* A sense of humour
