Responsibilities;
As our Admin Assistant, you will ;

⦁ Prepare tender documents effi­ciently.
⦁ Maintain organized company do­cument sf or tenders.
⦁ Process received stock and ma­nage records.
⦁ Handle invoicing and payment pro­cessing.
⦁ Assist with filing, data entry, and documentation.
⦁ Monitor and manage company stationary inventory.
⦁ Support the team with various ad­ministrative tasks.

Requirements;
To excel in this role, you need;
⦁ Previous administrative experi­ence.
⦁ Prof iciency in MS Office Suite.
⦁ Strong organizational and commu­nication skills.
⦁ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
