Frans Indongo Lodge is seeking an Admin Assistant. Join our team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our lodge!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage E-mails, calls & correspondence
- Maintain filing systems & prepare reports
- Assist with bookkeeping, petty cash & payroll support
- Support reservations, guest records & check-ins
- Coordinate with suppliers & assist management with meetings & events
- Confidentiality
Requirements
- Previous admin experience (hospitality) an advantage
- Strong computer skills (MS office, E-mail, Spreadsheets & Innkeeper)
- Excellent organizational & communication skills
- Ability to multitask & work in a remote lodge environment
- High level of integrity & attention to detail
