Royal Secrets Cosmetics, a fast growing and dynamic company is looking for a suitably qualified person to fill the position of Accounts and Sales Manager to be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the business, enforcing policies, maintaining budgets and managing staff members. The incumbent will be reporting to the Finance Director.

Duties will include analysing client accounts and reconciliation forms and training new sales staff as well as managing all accounting transactions.

Requirements
-Degree in Accounting, Business Management or Masters in Business Administration or related field that demonstrates expertise with customer engagement.
-At least 2 years experience in an administrative or management position.
-Experience in a sales related environment is an added advantage.
