ACCOUNTS AND ADMINISTRATION CLERK – ESI.

ESI. one of Namibia’s leading business law firms and member of DLA Piper Africa, requires the services of an ACCOUNTS AND ADMINISTRATION CLERK with at least 3 years experience, to commence employment at our offices in Windhoek. Minimum Requirements:

• Namibian Citizen / Permanet Resident
• Matric certificate with Mathematics and Accounting on Ordinary Level
• Certificate/diploma or comparable qualification in accounting will be advantageous
• At least 3 years’ professional experience in a comparable position within a law firm
• In-depth knowledge of legal accounting and trust account managment
• In depth knowledge of accounting software (Ghost Practice will be an advatange) and general practices
• Good working knowledge of IT technologies (related software, phone, email, the internet) and computer applications

(e g MS Office)

• Confidential handling of data and information
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Excellent management and organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Willingness to upskill as required
• Motivated and able to work under pressure
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans. Additional languages will be an added advantage
• Work experience at a law firm will be an advantage
