Requirements:
- Minimum of Grade 12 Certificate
- 5 years of proven accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Good people skills/interpersonal skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Computer literacy (Excel, Outlook and Pastel)
- Ability to multi task, prioritise and manage time efficiently
- Pay strict attention to detail.
- Valid drivers’ licence
- Police Clearance
Tasks:
- Maintenance of Sales invoices and reports
- Preparations of reports on debtors
- Prepare, reconcile and record receipts
- Answer customer queries and issues timely and accurate
- Reporting on debtors
- Managing day to day transactions
- Verifying bank deposits
- Reconciling of customer ledgers and statements
