Accounting Clerk/Debtors Clerk – Steel Force Namibia – Windhoek, Namibia

Requirements:

• Minimum of Grade 12 Certificate
• 5 years of proven accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Good people skills/interpersonal skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Computer literacy (Excel, Outlook and Pastel)
• Ability to multi task, prioritise and manage time efficiently
• Pay strict attention to detail.
• Valid drivers’ licence
• Police Clearance

Tasks:

• Maintenance of Sales invoices and reports
• Preparations of reports on debtors
• Prepare, reconcile and record receipts
• Answer customer queries and issues timely and accurate
• Reporting on debtors
• Managing day to day transactions
• Verifying bank deposits
• Reconciling of customer ledgers and statements
