ACCOUNTANT x3 – Cheetah Cement

Position: Accountant

Key Functions & Responsibilities:

⦁ Accounting and analysis of expenses (Management expenses. Operating expenses & Financial Expenses);
⦁ Auditing the legality and compliance of various sporadic cost reimbursement documents;
⦁ Complete and maintain relevant reimbursement forms, cash payment forms etc, as per Company and legal approval;
⦁ Compare budgets and relevant cost indicators and complete/maintain comparative cost analysis for the period;
⦁ Complete & maintain all relevant forms and tables, including but not imited to. Management Expenses, consumption expenses, receivables, payables, wages, welfare payments, business expenses, assets, construction expenses, depreciations, customs & taxes, etc.

Qualifications:

Candidate must at least have a University Degree Majoring in Accounting/Finance

Experience:

Candidate must have at least 5 years of financial working experience in the Cement Industry. Familiar with international accounting standards and listing rules. Utmost proficiency in operating UFIAD U8, NC, ORACLE, and Office Software. Proficient in accounting, report preparation, and tax processing. It is of the utmost importance that the candidate can read, write and speak Chinese as the candidate will be the direct liaison between the company in Namibia and other group companies and investors.
