ACADEMIC OPERATIONS MANAGER – INTELLECTUS CAMPUS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Academic operations, administration, and planning
Academic training and development
Compliance with Regulatory Authorities (NTA, NQA, HPCNA, NCHE, etc)
Data collection and analyses
Enabling student retention, persistence, and success
Student Record Management
Academic Staff Recruitment and Management

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

A minimum of a degree is required but a post-graduate qualification in Education is advantageous
Registered as a Constituent Assessor & Moderator
Proven working experience in Vocational or higher education teaching and learning particularly in Namibia
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Strong organizational and administrative skills
A passion for developing the mediation and facilitation of learning online
Excellent knowledge of learning theories and learning design models
Curriculum planning and timetabling skills
Solid knowledge and comprehension of accreditation processes and regulatory compliance
Generic Management experience
