Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships through responsive service, effective communication, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate OEM and aftermarket products.
- Ensure all sales-related documentation is accurately prepared and completed.
- Coordinate customer orders and stock requirements to ensure products are sourced, allocated, and supplied efficiently.
- Ensure sales transactions, payments, and supporting information are accurately recorded and reconciled, while maintaining compliance with established company procedures.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- A Level 3 qualification in Automotive Engineering or Auto Electrical from a recognised vocational school, with completed job attachment / practical experience, is advantageous.
- Minimum 1 year in a counter sales or automotive parts environment.
- Strong numeracy and communication skills, Proficiency in English is required.
- Kerridge system knowledge advantageous but not required.
