We currently have a vacancy in the above position in Windhoek:

Requirements & Competencies:
⦁ Costing and warranty administration and processing
⦁ Be available to assist with service advisor duties and processes
⦁ Responsible to manage and resolve parts discrepancies / losses
⦁ Sales administration and experience in the ordering process
⦁ Assist with reconciliation of cash sales, deposits and control accounts
⦁ Strong analytical skills & enthusiasm for vehicle trade
⦁ Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
⦁ Customer orientated
⦁ Computer literate – MS Office (Evolve & BSI an advantage)
⦁ Basic to Good Financial knowledge
⦁ Be available to travel across borders for appropriate training & have a valid passport.
⦁ Team player with neat & outgoing personality
⦁ Fluent in English
⦁ Valid driver’s license, Namibian citizen and Grade 12
⦁ A compliance certificate of Code of Conduct at Nampol is a requirement

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience required preference to past service center experience, accounting and customer service industries.
It will further be expected from the successful candidate to promote our product, increase the market share and canvassing of existing and new clients.
