Roads Contractor Company Ltd (RCC) is a Namibian state-owned enterprise established in 2000, headquartered in Windhoek. The company specialises in the construction, upgrading, rehabilitation and maintenance of Namibia’s road infrastructure, including bitumen and gravel roads, bridges and related civil works. RCC operates across the country, undertaking projects for the Roads Authority and other public and private clients. As a wholly government-owned contractor, it plays a central role in developing and preserving the national road network. The company also provides employment and skills development opportunities within Namibia’s construction sector.
