The Ministry of Finance, Republic of Namibia, is a constitutional organ of the Namibian Government headquartered in Windhoek. It is responsible for managing the national budget, fiscal policy, public debt, revenue administration, and financial oversight across all government entities in Namibia. The Ministry plays a central role in implementing Namibia’s Medium-Term Expenditure Framework and supports macroeconomic stability through evidence-based planning and transparent financial reporting. Its operations are grounded in the Namibian Constitution, the Public Finance Management Act (Act 1 of 2001), and other domestic legislation applicable within Namibia.
