Office/Parts Administrator Person
Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist all customers in a timely and professional manner (telephone, walk in customers and the workshop).
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and their applications.
• Purchases and sales of parts.
• Must be able to look up parts applications for products in an extensive cataloging system.
• Package and ship orders in most cost effective way.
• Assistwith stock control.
• International parts purchasing.
• Keep department and work area orderly and neat.
• Ensure operational excellence.
Requirements:
• Able to establish and maintain good working relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional service.
• Technical experience with parts and in stock control will be an added advantage.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Good command of English and Afrikaans
• German will be an added advantage.
• Valid driver’s license.
