Advertisement Requirement:
A Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification majoring in Human Resources Management at NQF Level 7 plus five (5) years experience at Grade 6 Level.
Job Summary:
To act as team leader to advise OMAs and RCs in meeting their business aims. The services provided fall into three main categories: PMS. BPR and CSC.
Key Performance Area:
• To act as team leader to advise OMAs and RCs in meeting their business aims. The services provided fall into three main categories: PMS. BPR and CSC.
• Coordinate performance improvement reform initiatives such as Performance Management System (PMS), Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and Customer Service Charters (CSC.
• Analyse OMAs and RCs plans, performance agreements and reviews.
• To assist OMAs and RCs to identify business processes for re-engineering; provide technical support and facilitation the development of PMS, BPR and CSC to O/M/Asand RCs;
• Co-ordinate training on PMS and BPR framework.
• Monitoring, evaluating and reporting progress on PMS. BPR and CSC implementation:
• Create awareness on PMS, BPR and CSC and promote good governance practices in the Public Service:
• Supervise and coordinate the work of subordinate(s)
• Assist team members to improve their performance and develop their potential
• Execute any other duty assigned by the Supervisor:
